HOW TO USE OUR PHARMACY:

PHARMACY SERVICE IS ON THURSDAYS

WALK IN SERVICE: 11 – 12:30 AM & 1:30 - 4:00 PM

CALL IN PRESCRIPTIONS: CALL 726-4527

1. You may call in your refills orders from Thursday through
Wednesday, listen to the recording and follow the directions.

2. If you have a yellow card, just say you have a yellow card.

NOTE: MEDICATION RECEIVED VIA THE YELLOW CARD CANNOT BE REORDERED THROUGH OUR PHARMACY. CALL YOUR DRUG PROGRAM ADVOCATE AT 726-4562 TO REORDER.
